Terms & Conditions
By using Kemspic's services, clients are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. 📥 File Submission
- Clients must provide high-resolution photos/videos for best editing results.
- Files can be sent via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or another agreed-upon platform.
2. 🧑🎨 Editing Process
- By default, photos are edited by a female editor.
- Clients may request a male or female editor based on comfort or cultural sensitivity.
- The editing style (e.g., natural, moody, colorful, clean) can be customized upon request.
- Turnaround time will be informed upfront, based on the number of files and level of difficulty.
3. 🔁 Revisions
- One minor revision is provided free of charge.
- Additional revisions will be charged based on the complexity of changes.
- Revisions apply only to the delivered photo, not to new files.
4.💰 Payment
- Full payment is required after the preview is approved and before the final high-resolution file is delivered.
- For bulk orders or larger projects, down payment (DP) may be arranged upon agreement.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer/Paypal
5. 🚫 Privacy & Copyright
- Photos/videos we edit may be uploaded or used for promotional purposes (portfolio), but if the client does not give permission, we will fully respect and follow the client’s preference.
- Clients are fully responsible for the legal ownership of any content submitted (e.g. copyright).
6. 📂 File Storage
- Final files will be delivered in JPEG/PNG format (or other formats upon request).
- Files will be stored for up to 1 year after project completion, then permanently deleted
- Files will be shared and stored in the google drive link for 14 days after we shared the link, then permanently deleted
- Clients are encouraged to back up their own files once received.
7. 📞 Communication & Agreement
- All communication will be conducted via Kemspic’s official WhatsApp
- Sudden changes or requests outside the original brief may affect pricing and turnaround time.

Syarat & Ketentuan
Dengan menggunakan layanan Kemspic, klien dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh syarat & ketentuan berikut:
1. 📥 Pengiriman File
- Klien wajib mengirimkan file foto/video dalam kualitas terbaik (resolusi tinggi).
- File bisa dikirim melalui WhatsApp, Google Drive, atau platform lain yang disepakati.
2. 🧑🎨 Proses Editing
- Foto akan diedit oleh editor perempuan secara default.
- Klien dapat meminta editor pria/wanita sesuai kenyamanan (terutama untuk konten sensitif atau personal).
- Gaya editing dapat disesuaikan (natural, moody, colorful, clean, dll) atas permintaan klien.
- Estimasi waktu pengerjaan akan diinformasikan saat awal order, tergantung jumlah dan tingkat kesulitan
3. edit🔁 Revisi
- Satu kali revisi ringan GRATIS setelah pengiriman hasil.
- Revisi tambahan akan dikenakan biaya sesuai tingkat perubahan.
- Revisi hanya berlaku untuk file yang sudah dikirim, bukan penggantian foto baru.
4.💰 Pembayaran
- Pembayaran dilakukan setelah preview disetujui dan sebelum file akhir (HD) dikirim.
- Untuk project besar (bulk order), dapat dilakukan sistem DP sesuai kesepakatan.
- Metode pembayaran: Transfer bank / e-wallet (detail diberikan saat pemesanan).
5. 🚫 Privasi & Hak Cipta
- Semua foto/video klien bersifat rahasia dan tidak akan dipublikasikan tanpa izin tertulis dari klien.
- Jika klien mengizinkan, Kemspic dapat menggunakan hasil edit untuk portfolio/promosi (Instagram, PDF, katalog).
- Klien bertanggung jawab penuh atas legalitas konten yang dikirim (misal: tidak melanggar hak cipta orang lain).
6. 📂 Penyimpanan File
- File hasil akhir akan dikirim dalam format JPEG/PNG (atau sesuai permintaan).
- File akan disimpan maksimal 1 tahun setelah pengerjaan selesai (untuk menjaga jika adanya revisi tambahan dikemudian hari), setelah itu akan dihapus.
- File akan dibagikan melalui google drive selama 14 hari setelah link dibagikan, setelah itu akan dihapus
- Klien disarankan menyimpan file dengan baik setelah menerima.
7. 📞 Komunikasi & Kesepakatan
- Semua komunikasi dilakukan via WhatsApp Kemspic
- Perubahan mendadak atau permintaan di luar brief awal dapat mempengaruhi harga & waktu pengerjaan.
